By early 2024, a significant transition took place within the company as our primary designer and founder stepped down, passing the leadership torch to Charlotte Sinclair. With her strong passion for the brand and a vision for its future, Charlotte embraced her new role with enthusiasm and determination, continuing to drive the company forward under a refreshed name that encapsulated its evolving identity. Her initial efforts focused on innovation and expanding the product range, which was well received by the customer base. However, a challenging development occurred only months into her management when Etsy implemented new regulations specifically targeting adult products and fetish goods. These changes had a profound impact on the store's operations and sales, forcing the company to reassess its strategies and product offerings. The restrictions posed a significant hurdle, leaving Charlotte to navigate a complex landscape marked by compliance and adaptation.
